It basically creates a happy incorporated and symbiotic relationship between water based ingredients and oil based ingredients. Up to 50 by combining poly 80 with carrier oils. I didn t have any problem with the dye staining but now my bath bombs fizz very slowly. While poly 80 is used for heavier oils carrier oils. Since it is a liquid it works well as a wetting agent.

This reduces oils from floating in the bath and ring around the tub. Allows oil to bind with water.
